Refunds and Exchanges

We have a strict no refund and no exchange policy for all our events. Because our guest lists are used for health, safety, and security planning, we need to know exactly who is in the building. For this reason, private resales or transfers are strictly prohibited.

What if I can no longer attend?

If the event is completely sold out, we will do our best to help! Once we hit capacity, we can reach out to our waiting list to see if someone wants to purchase your ticket through us. Please note that this is only an option if the event is sold out and occurs more than 4 weeks before the event date.

Photography

We encourage our guests to capture the event as much as possible; however, we ask you to refrain from bringing a DSLR or professional camera. You may bring a small point-and-shoot camera.

Our events will be captured by talented professional photographers. You are welcome to approach them on the night if you wish to pose for a picture.

You will have free access to all photos taken on the night. These will be sent to you via email within 3 weeks of the event date. 

Are there dress codes for your events?

Yes. For each event we host we will provide you with an overall dress code to suit each theme. Nudity is not allowed at any event. 

We reserve the right to not admit people who do not follow guidelines.

Will food and drinks be available?

We try to accommodate our guests at all events with food and drinks, however each event is different so please check the specific event details for the most up-to-date and accurate information.

Will there be alcohol?

We plan our events to have fully stocked bars serving alcoholic and soft drinks. 

Most of our event bars are card and cash.

Photography

All our events are 18+. ID is checked upon entry to our events.

We reserve the right to not admit people who do not follow guidelines. 

Is there wheelchair accessibility?

Yes, however please check the specific event details for the most accurate up-to-date information.

Parking

Parking may be available at our events, please see event details for accurate information, as well as a drop off and pick up area for those guests arriving by taxi.

Can i attend from outside the UK?

Yes! We are delighted to have our guests come from overseas. If you require any extra assistance please get in touch with our team, we're more than happy to help.
