Refunds

You are able to get a full refund up to 14 days after purchase* - 5% service fee will not be refunded.

Refunds may take up to 14 working days to be processed and get back to you.

Ticket resale between customers is not allowed, we require all contact information for our guests and ID is checked upon arrival.

*Starting from 5 weeks before the event date refunds will no longer be permitted. 

Is there an age restriction?

All our events are 18+. ID is checked upon entry to our events.

We reserve the right to not admit people who do not follow guidelines.

Are there dress codes for your events?

Yes. For each event we host we will provide you with an overall dress code to suit each theme. Nudity is not allowed at any event. No day dresses, T-shirts, casual crop tops and mini skirts.

Will food and drinks be available?

We try to accommodate our guests at all events with food and drinks, however each event is different so please check the specific event details for the most up-to-date and accurate information.

Will there be alcohol?

We plan our events to have fully stocked bars serving alcoholic and soft drinks. 

Most of our event bars are card only.

Photography

We encourage our guests to capture the event as much as possible, however, we ask you to refrain from bringing a DSLR/professional camera. This event will be captured by talented professional photographers.

You are welcome to approach our photographers on the night if you wish to pose for a picture.

You will have free access to all photos taken on the night. 

Is there wheelchair accessibility?

Yes, however please check the specific event details for the most accurate up-to-date information.

Parking

Parking is available for all our events, as well as a drop off and pick up area for those guests arriving by taxi.

Can i attend from outside the UK?

Yes! We are delighted to have our guests come from overseas. If you require any extra assistance please get in touch with our team, we're more than happy to help.
